Do you wish you'd never started smoking?

Whether you tried your first cigarette aged 11, 16 or 30, chances are you didn’t know you were signing up for a life sentence. I certainly didn’t.

I thought I was being a bit cool and rebellious. I had absolutely no idea that I was going to get hooked for the next 20 years of my life.

20 years a slave to a drug that did absolutely nothing for me but I couldn’t see the truth for the fear and panic that was in the way.

Thankfully that’s now gone and I’m free of it. You can be too.
